Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of mind returns

If you change your mind about a stocked product (cables, connectors, accessories), you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • You arrange and pay for return shipping.
  • You email returns@bioni.com.au first to receive an RMA number.

Made-to-order and custom items

Custom cabling cut to your spec, configured Endoconnect units, OR Integration Kits, and other made-to-order products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but remain covered by the consumer guarantees above for defects and major failures.

Faulty or damaged items

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact returns@bioni.com.au within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assess and either repair, replace, or refund. Return shipping for genuine faults is at our cost.

Warranty claims

Bioni hardware carries a 24-month warranty from commissioning, covering parts and labour. Make a warranty claim by emailing service@bioni.com.au with your serial number and a description of the fault.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, back to the original payment method. Stripe refunds typically appear in 3–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Cancellations

Stocked-product orders can be cancelled before they ship. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started. Email returns@bioni.com.au ASAP if you need to cancel.
